Had a wide array of options for breakfast. the best part were the very friendly staff. the location was amazing and good, near beautiful arches about 20 feet tall, the main tourist places, and the Centro Historico's main sights. Rewritten Review: The breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from. What stood out the most were the incredibly friendly staff members. Additionally, the hotel's location was superb, with beautiful arches just around 20 feet tall nearby, close to major tourist attractions, and the main sights in Centro Historico.

Very very helpful personnel, exceptionally clean and convenient rooms with a balcony as well as total lack of common sense.

During our weekend stay in Queretaro, we found a cozy hotel that was clean and had great value for the price. The location was perfect for exploring the historic center, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to help. The room was simple but comfortable, with good air conditioning and free WiFi.
The noise outside the hotel on the weekend nights was somewhat disturbing. We also had an issue during check-in, as the receptionist tried to charge us extra despite having already booked and paid for our stay in advance.

Our room was simple, but clean and comfortable, with a good air conditioning system. the housekeeping was excellent, and we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. the valet parking service was also a plus.
We had some issues with the pillows, which were too flimsy and uncomfortable for us to sleep properly.

We had an amazing romantic escape in the heart of the city. the hotel offered great complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. We were thrilled with the convenient location, just a few blocks away from all of the main attractions. the room had an amazing view of the city, which we enjoyed day and night.
We were a bit disappointed with the outdated bathroom. We even had to change rooms because both bathrooms we were offered had old doors and old showers that looked like they hadn't been renovated since the 90s.
